Franky Fournier Hagan owned and operated her own specialty Bakery and General Store in Ashland, Massachusetts, from 1977 to 2000. Mehitable's Bakery won the coveted "Best of Metrowest Cookie Award" for the chocolate chip cookie, and the rest is history. Before 1977 Franky taught in the inner city at Jeremiah E. Burke High School in Boston. Vin Rubeo baked professionally at Mehitable's Bakery after he retired from the world of high tech. Vin is a member of the "Greatest Generation" and proudly served his country during WW II stationed in Europe. He grew up watching his mother Mary and five aunts baking -- and he always pitched in. While we have baked various types of cookies, we are offering our favorite and most popular six. From the all-American appeal of our Chocolate Chip to the refined texture of our Russian Tea Cakes, you can find a cookie for any occasion! We have been growing herbs naturally since 1980. We never use pesticides, and always feed organically. We really enjoy our herb garden! Herbs are not only beautiful in the garden, but they may also be used in the kitchen and medicinally. If the sender or recipient is not satisfied with our product we will send a replacement at no charge or issue a credit. If your package is returned to us because the address provided was insufficient we will notify you immediately and send a new fresh package to the corrected address. However, you will be charged $10.00 for the second delivery. Also, please be advised that Cutler Mill Herb Farm cannot be responsible for packages once they have been delivered.
