Our cookies are baked in small batches every Tuesday through Thursday, using the finest ingredients available. All of the mixing and baking is done in our 18th century New England farmhouse kitchen. (We even have a beautiful flock of free-range Barred-rock hens who provide us with wonderful fresh eggs for our cookies!) We never use any artificial ingredients.
